Patch Notes Version 0.3

New Release Notes:

I have added a score and highscore system to save your best scores on Neon Shapes (Title change pending)

Fixed player death so now the correct death animation plays - also changed player death sound

some slight tweaks to enemy AI 

Comments:

Need to add difficulty ramp 

Going to change fast enemy to be a smaller size - blue enemy will remain the same size

Need to make the enemies have different score points

will add powerups 

Within the settings I will figure out how to add a Auto shoot as spamming shoot gets annoying
